Our Services

Commercial vehicle services built around keeping your fleet compliant, safe, and on the road. Every job handled personally by John Wolf.

DOT / FHWA Inspections

Federal DOT and FHWA inspections are non-negotiable for commercial vehicle operators. A single roadside out-of-service violation can sideline a truck for days and cost thousands in fines and lost revenue.

Trinity Fleet Services performs thorough annual and periodic inspections covering brakes, steering, suspension, lights, tires, air systems, and more — all aligned with the FMCSA inspection standards.

We provide you with a detailed inspection report and walk you through any deficiencies found so you know exactly what's needed to stay road-legal.

  • FMCSA-compliant inspection checklist

Trailer ABS Repair

Anti-lock braking systems on commercial trailers are both a federal requirement and a life-safety system. Faulty ABS warning lights trigger automatic DOT violations during roadside inspections.

We diagnose and repair ABS systems on all trailer types — dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and specialty units. We work with all major ABS controllers including Haldex, Bendix, and Meritor WABCO.

No guesswork. We use proper diagnostic tools to isolate wheel-speed sensor faults, modulator valve failures, and ECU issues — and we fix them correctly the first time.

Liftgate Repair

A down liftgate means a down truck. We service and repair all major types of liftgates — hydraulic, electric, and mechanical — across all major brands including Maxon, Anthony, Waltco, Thieman, and Tommy Gate.

Common services include hydraulic fluid leaks, pump motor replacement, platform hinge repair, cylinder resealing, battery and wiring issues, and safety latch repairs.

We carry common parts on the truck so most liftgate repairs can be completed in a single visit.

  • Maxon, Anthony, Waltco, Thieman
  • Hydraulic pump & cylinder work
  • Electric motor & wiring
  • Safety latch & lock repair

Box Truck Repair

Box trucks take a beating. From last-mile delivery units to larger moving and freight trucks, Trinity Fleet Services handles a full range of mechanical and structural repairs.

We cover brakes, suspension, electrical systems, door and cargo compartment hardware, and more. Whether you operate a single unit or manage a small fleet, we provide the same level of professional service.

Fast diagnosis, honest estimates, and repairs done to get your truck back earning — not sitting in a shop bay.

Custom Welding & Fabrication

When your fleet needs something built, repaired, or reinforced that no catalog part can solve, that's where custom fabrication comes in. John Wolf welds MIG and stick across mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

We handle structural frame repairs, custom bracket fabrication, rack and cargo system modifications, trailer repair, and one-off solutions for unusual fleet configurations.

If it involves metal and it needs to hold, we can build it.

Trailer Body Work

Trailer body damage doesn't just look bad — it can compromise cargo integrity and create compliance issues at inspection. Trinity Fleet Services handles trailer body repairs that restore both function and appearance.

We work on dry vans, flatbeds, and specialty trailers: panel replacement and repair, rear door frames and hardware, floor board replacement, roof skin repair, and structural reinforcement after collision or impact damage.

Mobile service means we come to your yard or location — no need to deadhead a damaged trailer to a shop.

Preventive Maintenance

Reactive repairs cost 3–5x more than preventive maintenance — and they always happen at the worst time. A structured PM program is the single most cost-effective thing a fleet operator can do.

We work with owner-operators and fleet managers to build PM schedules aligned with manufacturer intervals and DOT requirements. Regular PM keeps your vehicles compliant, extends their service life, and dramatically reduces roadside breakdowns.

We handle oil and filter changes, brake inspections, lubrication, belt and hose checks, light inspections, and full pre-trip readiness reviews.

  • Custom PM schedules
  • Manufacturer-interval oil & filters
  • Brake & light inspection
  • Lubrication service
  • Fleet recordkeeping support
